Have we mentioned that you really should not be worried on your wedding day?

In its simplest form, our job as your day-of wedding coordinators is to ensure the execution of your wedding is seamless. Every wedding looks different support-wise since each is unique and has its own vision and vibe, but overall, you can expect that we will be on top of everything including those pesky, unexpected problems that can often arise no matter how much we plan!

Our support includes but is not limited to managing your vendors, wedding rehearsal, your timeline and more.

See below for examples of what we will/can support with:

• Official onboarding with you 70 days in advance of your wedding day. Don't worry, we will make contact well in advance to check in on how everything is going and continue checking in leading up to the 70-day mark. 

• Weekly meetings for the first month and move into bi-weekly meetings once we are 30 days out

• On-site management of rehearsal and wedding day

• Manage vendor arrival and set-up

• Handle set up of personal decor 

• Coordinate timing of first look and pre-ceremony photos

• Manage timelines/set up for groom and bridal getting ready locations

• Reserve ceremony seating for immediate family

• Manage ceremony details - bridal party, family recessional, puppy recessional, flower man passing out beer, etc.

• Work with photographer on shot list and assist if needed

• Ensure those giving toasts are prepared with everything from toast glass to tissue to knowing when they are speaking

• Manage vendor clean up

• Manage rental pick up

As mentioned, this list is an example of what is often included in wedding coordination support. However, every wedding is different, and it's our job to adjust accordingly to the nuances of your special day.
